It's cool but the wording needs work...

"BB: Destroy target nonland, nonwhite permanant, then shuffle Faustus into its owner's library. A permanant destroyed this way can't be regenerated."

You see, the "from play" is redundant, and a activated creature abilites can't be played unless the card is in play, unless the card specifies otherwise.
